Very rare and beautiful hongmu wood box.
Dating from late Qing dynasty, 19th century.
On the cover there are two dragons chasing a flaming pearl.
The front panel is decorated with a single dragon.
On both left and right sides of the box there is a pair of bats.
There are few damages to the carving decoration: some horns of the dragons are damaged, flaming pearls's flames are damaged, 2 feet are damaged as well, small damage on the back panel - everything is on the photos. Overall condition is good.
