Made between 1880-1920 and designed for small wood burners, cabin stoves, cottage fireplaces.
Hammered copper cylindrical body for tongs with gently shaped holder for a fire poker.
The whole set is made of copper.
Condition: very good with typical scratches and marks indicating usage.
Height: 37,5cm = 14.7in
Signed at the bottom with initials, however we were unable to identify the maker - which is most likely British.
Absolutely charming and highly decorative - very well designed.
